Maintenance & Repair Request

Maintenance requests or requests for building services of any kind can be made through the Buildings’ online Work Order System.  Please do not contact Lobby Attendants, Engineers or Janitors directly. You may contact us at 415-882-9123 or e-mail us at bldgoffice@455marketstreet.com for instructions on the online Work Order System. 

The engineering staff is available to respond to tenant work orders Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. Janitorial service requests are divided between the day and evening janitorial staff. Every effort is made to process and complete tenant service requests in a timely manner.  Tenants will be invoiced for services not provided for in their lease. 


If you have a light out in your office, please advise us using the online Work Order System. Standard lighting is replaced at no cost to the tenant. For a fee, the engineering staff can replace any custom or specialty lighting, such as track, accent or spot lighting.

Special Services

The Building Office will gladly arrange or provide referrals for special services, such as electrical, painting, or pest control, which may extend beyond the day-to-day needs of tenants. For information regarding these services, please contact the Building Office.
