Tenant Handbook


The Building is provided with 24 hour, seven days a week, Lobby Console coverage. Access to the Building after hours (Monday through Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.), on weekends, and during holidays, can only be obtained by people with building passes or persons with photo identification who are on the tenants’ access list. All persons entering the Building during these times are required to sign in and out at the Lobby Console. (Contracted) Lobby Attendants are not permitted to make exceptions to these policies.

The Lobby Attendants, Janitors, Engineers and Building Management staff are not responsible or authorized to unlock tenant spaces.  Please be advised that the Lobby Attendants do not hold keys to tenant spaces. In the event of an emergency, and only if directed by the tenant’s authorized representative, emergency access keys are available to Lobby Attendants in a “break-glass emergency box”. There is a fee of $50.00 for providing this service and prior authorization from Building Management to access the emergency box for the key is required.
