Tenant Improvements / Alterations

If your premises need alterations such as additional electrical outlets or painting, contact Building Management, in writing, for the procedure and an estimate. Many times alterations can be coordinated and overseen by us so that you can have the work completed within building standards, at a competitive price, by trustworthy contractors.  This can save your company money and also save you the time involved in overseeing alterations.  Per your lease, alterations cannot take place without the Landlord’s written consent.  Please check your lease for these procedures (and usually includes restoration of premises to original condition at end of lease term).  At 455 Market (and in San Francisco) all trades/contractors/ subcontractors/ laborers must be union affiliated members.
